My career has taken me around the world in roles ranging from HR generalist to CHRO, and include heading regional HR departments in the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.

Gary A. Miller was named Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer for A. Schulman on April 3, 2008. In this function, he is responsible for the Company's supply chain and procurement activities to better leverage its worldwide purchasing power, reduce materials inventories, eliminate waste and improve efficiency. He is also responsible for the Company's global resin distribution services as well as the Company's rotomolding business. Previously, he was with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for more than 35 years, including responsibility for the company's global purchasing activities for 16 years. His positions at Goodyear included Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for the company and president of Goodyear/SRI, Global Purchasing Company, a joint venture between Goodyear and Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. Miller earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University; the Executive Program at Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia; and Kellogg School for Graduate Studies, Northwestern University.
