Key Responsibilities:
Operate and control excavators to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and loading/unloading.
Follow project plans, grade stakes, and instruction from foremen/superintendents to determine the scope and sequence of excavation tasks.
Conduct pre-operation equipment checks to ensure proper functioning of the excavator.
Safely maneuver the excavator on construction sites, maintaining awareness of the surroundings and avoiding hazards.
Operate attachments such as buckets, hydraulic hammers, grapples, and augers to perform specific tasks.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle HCM - Time and Labor for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :
* Lead Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications
* Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
* Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
* Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial/cost management policies
Qualifications :
* A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, and upgrade experience
* Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead
* Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
* Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
* Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality
* Travel as required

As an Asphalt Roller Operator / Rake Man, you will be responsible for operating steel wheel and pneumatic rollers to compact asphalt to proper grade and finish specifications, while also assisting the paving crew by raking, spreading, and leveling asphalt behind the paver. This role requires prior asphalt paving experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced paving crew to ensure proper compaction and surface smoothness.
Job Responsibilities
Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently on paving projects.
Assist as a rake man by spreading, shaping, and leveling asphalt behind the paver to achieve proper grade and finish.
Work closely with the paving crew to ensure proper compaction, smoothness, and joint quality.
Monitor mat temperatures, roller patterns, and compaction levels to meet specifications.
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of roller equipment and report any issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support asphalt paving operations.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience operating asphalt rollers or working on asphalt paving crews is required.
License: Valid Florida driver's license; CDL is a plus.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat and long hours.
Willingness to work daily overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Travel to job sites across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Manatee, and Pasco Counties. Occasional out-of-town assignments may be required.

Work you'll do:
As an SAP Treasury Manager, you'll take a leadership role in guiding clients through treasury transformation initiatives, driving business value, and expanding Deloitte's market presence. In this role, you will:
* Lead the end-to-end design, strategy, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT Integration, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
* Oversee and mentor teams delivering treasury technology transformation services, ensuring high-quality execution from strategy through implementation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing SAP treasury, risk management, and technology advisory services to enhance operational efficiency, manage risk, and support business growth.
* Manage client relationships, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
* Take ownership of project management activities, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for complex SAP Treasury and TMS implementations.
* Contribute to the growth of our practice by developing innovative tools, methodologies, and service offerings, and by supporting business development activities such as sales pursuits and proposal development.
* Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing junior professionals, sharing expertise, and promoting knowledge transfer.
* Ensure deliverables meet or exceed contract and work plan specifications, setting a benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry.
The Team:
Our Controllership and Treasury Transformation offering modernizes the finance function to align with the evolving business objectives of organizations. We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury, with a strong focus on technology and treasury management systems, specifically SAP Treasury.
* At least 4 years of SAP Treasury consulting experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations across all phases of the software development life cycle.
* Demonstrated hands-on expertise in SAP Treasury core components (e.g., Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planner, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT Integration, BCM, and integration with financial accounting and other applications).
* Proven experience in leading teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior professionals in dynamic consulting or corporate settings.
* Strong project management skills, including experience with technology implementation, vendor selection, and treasury transformation initiatives.
* Ability to develop system requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing and training, define support procedures, and implement business solutions within complex project timelines.
* Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA) preferred.
* Existing relationships within the SAP user community are a noteworthy advantage.
* Experience with SAP integration to trading platforms (e.g., FXall, 360T) and market data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
* Deep understanding of cash management, FX, debt capital markets, and interest rate risk management.
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive business expansion.
* Resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, high energy, and versatility.
* Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, client engagement, and communication skills.
* Strong personal network of industry contacts in major target corporations and financial institutions.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, positioning you as an industry thought leader.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and experienced in planning marketing programs, proposals, and presentations.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800-$241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

We are a 6-day-a-week operation and most of our field employees average between 50 and 56 hours a week. We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED operators who can run bulldozers. If you have at least 1 year of verifiable experience operating bulldozers or excavators (aka trackhoes), we want to talk to you! Please call or come on by at your earliest convenience to schedule a field test. Our jobsites can be anywhere within 50 miles away from the office. Meaning we could have jobsites in Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, Haines City, Bartow etc. Applicants MUST have valid drivers license and be able to commute to our jobsites.
