Cons of working at A.y. Mcdonald Mfg. Co.

Toxic work environment. Management is horrible. People are lazy and there is no accountability. Equipment is cheap and most of the time broken. Mandatory overtime with nothing to do. Favoritism is a real issue there. Have management dating employees that are in their department on the same shift.
