The pay and benefits are comparable.

Cons of working at A/Z Corporation

NJ office No true leadership in the office. DO has checked out and does not support or stand up for his team. There is zero work being brought in and several projects ending. No hope for future work . The VP from the home office is a bully, inappropriate and non-supportive. Upper management does nothing

What do you like best about A/Z Corporation's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. In NJ the director is a joke. Corporate doesn't care about the NJ office

How would you improve A/Z Corporation's culture?

Replace the director. Bring in business development that actually wants to bring in work and grow the company. Remove the VP or at least keep him away from NJ. Direct involvement of corporate upper management.
