The Safety Coordinator will report directly to the Safety Manager as well as the senior management team along with the Project Manager of a given project. The position encompasses a variety of responsibilities relating to project management, strategic planning, and client customer service. The Contracts Attorney is responsible for providing legal support and advice for construction projects and will support business units within The Cianbro Companies as needed. This position provides contract risk assessments to management and serves as the legal authority for contract negotiation, administration, project support, and dispute resolution. Draft and negotiate consents to assignments with lenders providing financing to Owners for projects in construction. Assist in negotiating agreements with subcontract service providers.
