The Position: We're looking for residential repair plumbers with at least a Texas Tradesman Plumbing License and 5 years' experience. * The pay is hourly with overtime for anything over 40 hours. We also pay spiffs for addon sales and monthly profit sharing of up to 6% of gross sales based on individual performance. Average annual wages exceed $100k. (We pay hourly for 2 reasons. One, we want our plumbers to have a stable and dependable income they can count on regardless of the ups and downs in today's economy. Two, we don't want our customers exposed to the high-pressure sales tactics that come with a commission-based pay system. * The hours are 7:30 am to end of the last call Monday through Friday with every fifth week/weekend on call and every fifth Saturday as the backup plumber.
