They have wonderful ways to make you feel included in the family of AAA and they have perks that are great for everyday as well as when you travel. The work from home program is great because they send you EVERYTHING you are going to need and your home office will have a nice computer set up.
The stipulations that you get off a call in a certain amount of time makes agents place people in the wrong area and miss their service call or provide a time for someone who isn't coming and you are told to just tell them a time. Those people keep calling back and you know nobody is coming to get them.
