This role is an ideal position for a person who would enjoy representing the interests of AAA Northeast within its contractor network, playing a significant role in driving adoption of AAA programs. Working within an assigned area, this role is responsible for not only developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing automotive contractors (accounts) but establishing relationships with potential new accounts as well. This role is remote eligible and does require extensive driving within the assigned area (points Boston north) during daytime business hours, 3-5 days a week. NOTE: Although this role is considered remote, please consider your home location when applying. This role involves extensive travel throughout the Boston and North Shore MA area 3-5 days per week. What you will do: Build and maintain relationships between Contractor network, the Club (Dispatch, Payment Processing, Auditing, Member Relations, Compliance Administration), and the Club's Preferred Partners. Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to build relationships, communicate and reinforce AAA program standards, monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop action plans to ensure minimum facility requirements and AAA standards are met. Analyze territory performance and seasonal resource requirements to ensure service levels are met. Manage new contractor process, including recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding. Provide contractor consulting services regarding operational efficiency, financial performance, and viability. Support deployment of Road Service systems, technology, and equipment, (e.g. Dispatch system, apps, radios, tablets, testers). Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings, including operational review meetings, workgroups, club events, and recognition events. Research industry best practices and technologies and share with peers and contractors. Other duties as assigned. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $64,900 - $73,450 / year. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives. Sign On Bonus to New Hires! The Refrigeration / CapEx Technician will have experience installing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, as well as troubleshooting capabilities on refrigeration racks, cases, HVAC, and control systems. Your primarily position is to work with the CapEx team to deliver excellent installation/service to achieve 100% equipment operation per scope of work. However, when additional resources are needed in the other areas of the business you may be called upon to assist. RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities: Survey stores and write up scopes of work/repairs needed on existing Refrigeration/HVAC/Control Systems. Perform installations and equipment replacements for Refrigeration, HVAC, and Control systems. Ensure completion of Punchlist to maximize system performance. Collaborate with CFM Technicians, CFM Leadership, Vendors, and other contractors to effect optimal project delivery on all projects when asked. Assist store technicians with work orders while on site as needed to support business. Perform onsite work for client in a timely and effective manner. Work primarily to be performed during business hours, however night work may be required from time to time based on requirements. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications Ability to read and understand building drawings, specifications, and submittals Experience in the supermarket or grocery industry preferred Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and EMS construction principles and related fields Knowledge of controls systems and control sequences. Ability to generate accurate detailed notes and reports necessary. Must be proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Power Point). JOB PURPOSE To repair refrigeration and HVAC mechanical and electrical systems throughout retail locations to support operations and minimize product loss, while ensuring partner satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain refrigeration and HVAC for a group of retail locations. Repair equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that exceeds customers' expectations. Establish effective regular communication with Site Management to ensure they are kept informed of all ongoing maintenance activities . Liaise with Site Management team to ensure that all planned maintenance activities are communicated effectively including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and any operating deficiency of the mechanical equipment to ensure quality work performance. Provide all required job updates on a timely basis. Be proactive in refrigerant leak checking and repairs. Maintain all assets for which you have responsibility to the highest standards. Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks in a timely manner as assigned. Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores. Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms. Communicate as needed with retail store location personnel to maintain refrigerated product integrity. Participate in company's “on call” after hours emergency call program. Assist with trouble shooting problems. Complete equipment inventories as assigned. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Act in accordance with all company policies & procedures. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications Possesses a valid driver's license with a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with rack systems, displays cases and walk-ins highly preferred. Journeyman qualified in refrigeration and HVAC systems, or equivalent work experience. EPA certified for refrigerant handling class I & II, or universal. Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Ability to understand and follow English instructions. Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same. Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check. In-depth working knowledge of supermarket rack refrigeration equipment, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems preferred. Demonstrated basic computer skills, Refrigeration Controller Technology, Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Demonstrated self-motivation and successful experience in previous jobs and responsibilities. In this role you will perform preventative maintenance on and make repairs to AAA Club-owned vehicles under general supervision. What you will do: Schedule and perform vehicle preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire rotations. Diagnose vehicle issues, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment. Replace worn or broken parts, align wheels, adjust brakes, tighten bearings, tune engines, etc. Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. Perform minor body work. Performs automobile and light truck repairs by disassembling and overhauling engines, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and other assemblies. Estimates time and material costs on vehicle repairs, and requisitions new parts and equipment. Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs and maintenance are effective. Review completed maintenance and repair work with management and vehicle operators. Perform emergency road service, as required. Other duties as assigned. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Compensation: The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hour. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Experience Automotive repair and maintenance technician, preferably on light-duty and medium-duty trucks Licenses and Certifications Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Preferred Skills Ability to operate a computer with relevant software applications. Ability to safely operate Electrical and Mechanical equipment/tools (including but not limited to): multi-meter, air tank, jumper cables, lock-out tools, floor jack, air compressor, MDC computer, tire inflator, wheel lock, funnel, gas can, air impact gun, tire mallet, hand tools, lug wrenches and two-way radio. Core Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm; 40-hours per week. As Member Service Counselor - Registry, you will provide sales and service to members in the areas of membership, reservations, and other branch products and services both in-person and over-the-phone. In select states, provide registry services and ensure compliance and state regulations are met. The Member Service Counselor will achieve assigned standards for sales and referrals, recommend club products and services, and embody club mission and value statements with all interactions. What you will do: Member Service: • Develops comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by AAA Northeast. Uses information to promote the sales of memberships, including upgrades, auto-renewal and digital membership. Uses technology and product knowledge to promote AAA credit card program, business line referrals and other club initiatives. Makes any changes on existing memberships and assists members with any issues that may arise. • Delivers accurate and timely information to members regarding club products/services. Maintains department standards including servicing members in-person and over-the-phone and supporting club partnerships (such as Registry Services, TSA, etc.). • In select locations: provides registry services and/or TSA services, including handling/processing confidential documents and information, inputting information into databases and systems. Services include but are not limited to, license/ID renewals, registration renewals. Must be able to review applications and forms for completeness in person and over the phone in compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and standards. • Provides assistance to members for accommodations and points of interest. This includes, mapping, routing, and possible hotel and car reservations for members. Promotes and assists members with International/InterAmerican driving permits; passport photos; foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets and all other club products to members. Sales: • Consistently meets and/or exceeds minimum member satisfaction scores and other related position related goals. • Develops comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by AAA Northeast. Through the five-diamond process, cross selling techniques, and club and department training, educates members of all benefits and KPI's while maintaining a positive member experience. • Keeps up to date on all promotions and initiatives in the branch. This includes recognizing opportunities to improve overall branch performance. Daily Operations: • Acts as a liaison with other departments, including but not limited to; Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, Member Relations to coordinate and gather appropriate information for the member or department issues. • Performs job duties according to department policies, procedures, and practices within scope of authority, including adhering to all club/department safety protocols.
