Job DescriptionSalary: $20 to $22 DOE Fleet Service Administrator AAA Landscape is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Service Administrator to manage our fleet's parts inventory and administrative processes. In this role, you will be the hub of our service operations, ensuring that our mechanics have the necessary resources to keep our fleet running smoothly. You will maintain a seamless flow of parts, manage inventory, and keep meticulous records to support our service department. Responsibilities Parts and Inventory Management: o Maintain a well-stocked service parts room with fast-moving merchandise to reduce repair times and maximize efficiency. o Assist mechanics in sourcing and providing all necessary parts for their repairs. o Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure a minimum of 98% accuracy. o Process and track all inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet to find alternative solutions when a part is delayed or a vehicle breaks down. Laborers/Van Drivers range from semi-skilled to skilled workers whose duties include, but are not limited to, handling the materials for irrigation, planting, and construction. Laborers/Drivers are generally needed on virtually all types of landscape projects. A laborer/Driver must know how to work efficiently with their hands and with tools such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows. Laborers/Drivers may also work with irrigation materials and small engine machinery. Laborers/Drivers assist in clearing and grubbing, hand grading, digging plant holes, trenching and cleaning trenches, gluing pipe, running wires, back-filling and covering pipe, spreading decomposed granite, keeping sites clear and clean, and performing a variety of other functions when requested. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Ability to perform all primary competencies of the Landscaping Crew with experience driving a van. Language skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English with appropriate grammar and vocabulary. Ability to read and write English. Irrigation Technicians assemble, install, and maintain commercial landscape irrigation pipes and systems. Duties include but are not limited to handling the materials for irrigation, troubleshooting irrigation systems and programming controllers. When not working with irrigation, Irrigation Technicians assist the crew in all aspects of landscape labor, including planting, pruning, and maintenance. They must know how to efficiently work with his/her hands and with tools such as shovels, rakes, and general landscape hand tools, plus assist in keeping sites clear and clean, weeding, edging, mowing, blowing and trimming, and perform a variety of other functions when requested.
