Dr. Weinstein has always been fascinated by the mysteries of the mind, and throughout his career, he’s explored different avenues to solve them. His career began in psychoanalysis, which allowed him to develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of the unconscious mind. This work led him to do research in psychoneuroimmunology. It was this research in how the brain impacts the immune system, and the connection of the brain to the rest of the body, that solidified his belief in mind-body connection and furthered his interest in providing a holistic approach to illness and treatment.

Capitalizing on this success, PYB expanded in the UK, and was subsequently offered in the US and Brazil. Prior to Assurant, Stephen held leadership positions at John Lewis Partnership and AXA Insurance. During his tenure, he oversaw the successful development and launch of a portfolio of insurance products, and championed influential channel marketing campaigns. Stephen’s educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and Theology from Durham University, supported by a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, both in the UK. Horrible reputation, poor management, insecure job (under threat of salary cut constantly), only concerned with bottom line (disguised as concern for addicts/patients), generally a slimy company if you've got integrity and earnestly want to help people. Great if you like a sales challenge and insecure work conditions!
