Mr. Holmes oversees the business units that comprise AAR’s Aviation Services segment. These groups include the 1MRO network of heavy maintenance facilities, component repair shops and landing gear overhaul facility. In addition, the supply chain group includes engine and airframe parts supply, OEM parts distribution, commercial and government supply chain programs, along with Airinmar repair management. Holmes has led the double-digit growth of this growing group that serves commercial airline and government customers around the world. Mr. Holmes joined AAR in 2001 as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. He became General Manager of AAR Allen Aircraft parts trading in 2003 and assumed responsibility for AAR Distribution in 2004. In 2005, he merged the two groups into AAR Allen Asset Management to achieve greater operational efficiencies, expand AAR’s service offerings and improve customer service. In 2011, he led the acquisition of Airinmar to strengthen AAR’s program offering. In 2012, Mr. Holmes assumed responsibility for the Company’s Defense Systems and Logistics business and was appointed Group Vice President, Aviation Supply Chain. In 2013, he took on responsibility for the Company’s engine parts business, and in 2015 he was named COO of the Aviation Services segment. Prior to joining AAR, Mr. Holmes spent time in investment banking and private equity. Mr. Holmes earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Henry Lucas is a Chief Executive Officer at AAR CORP, Chairman at AAR CORP, and Co-Founder at AAR CORP and is based in Washington D.C. Metro Area. He has worked as Regional VP at STS Consultants, Platoon Leader at United States Army, and President at Engineering Consulting Services Ltd. Henry attended Virginia Tech between 1987 and 1991, RMSH LTD, and NC State University between 1976 and 1977.

Eric Pachapa is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for AAR, an independent provider of aftermarket services to the commercial aviation and government markets worldwide. Mr. Pachapa joined AAR in 2014 as a Senior Director of Financial Accounting and Reporting. In 2015 he was named Corporate Controller and assumed his current role in 2016. Mr. Pachapa is responsible for all global accounting policies and practices, internal controls, income taxes and reporting. Prior to joining AAR, Mr. Pachapa held the position of Global Controller with Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the largest global manufacturer/distributor of nutrition products based in Aurora, Illinois. Before Glanbia, Mr. Pachapa spent 15 years with Ernst & Young LLP holding multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Pachapa earned a BS in Accounting from Purdue University. He is a licensed CPA in Indiana and Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Art Smith is a Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at AAR CORP. He has worked as Director - Operations at Bombardier, GM Quality at Delta Air Lines, and VP Quality at AAR Aircraft Services Indianapolis. Art attended Thomas Edison State University between 2004 and 2008 and University of Tennessee, Knoxville between 2004 and 2004.
