Job Description Member of warehouse operations team. Delivers parts and finished goods to and from the various Cirrus facilities in a Cirrus truck. Follows a daily trucking schedule to ensure parts are delivered in a timely manner. Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and aircraft parts in an aircraft manufacturing environment. Reports to Cirrus Warehouse Supervisor. Job Duties: Driving delivery trucks to and from Cirrus facilities. Efficiently managing multiple requests. Unpacks, examines, counts and labels incoming material. Records receipts and reports discrepancies. Compares and matches paperwork such as packing slips and certifications with purchase orders. Transports goods and may utilize material handling equipment and vehicles. Performs receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping of goods. Ensure proper product handling and storage to prevent abuse, misuse, damage or deterioration. Obtain, prepare aircraft parts for shipment to the Aftermarket customer base Obtain, prepare aircraft parts for delivery to the production floor, convey in a timely fashion Maintain an inventory control and management system, including work order closing Support all facility regulatory and safety codes Maintain inventory accuracy and accessibility DOT Certification required (able to acquire at time of hire) Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The Warehouse Operations role is responsible for receiving products, filling customer orders, arranging for outbound product shipments and putting stock away in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Acts as a back-up for the Warehouse Lead. Also, responsible for ensuring that all products are free from damage, and assures that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders corresponds to customer specifications or other requirements. 1 year minimum experience in warehouse and sit down forklift experience. Description: Comply with and support GMP, Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Use of forklifts and various other powered industrial equipment, unload inbound freight, verify packing slip, log material, and stage material in warehouse and GMP areas. Data entry of finished goods produced, packaging components or raw materials received, and location transfers in the ERP (SAP) system. Print and apply pallet tickets on materials received. Data entry and Master data entry in SAP. SAP experience is a plus but not required. Physical movement of packaging components and raw materials in warehouse locations using various powered lift equipment and prepare documentation of location movements. Responsible for outbound shipment of finished goods. Inspect trailer, analyze load weight, pull, and load finished goods, complete shipping documents, and seal trailer. Also load trailers with inventory and non-inventory materials for destruction. Perform safety checks and other routine PMs. Assist in the development of OJT s (On the Job Training) and train others on departmental OJT s. Load and operate various freight elevators to transfer materials from Warehouse to various GMP areas in the facility. Pull and destroy rejected and obsolete material per local procedure. Participate in cycle count and/or physical inventory counting of materials. Maintain warehouse cleanliness. Ensure quality and compliance in accordance with established procedures and standards of the Quality System.
