Perceived opportunity to utilize my diverse experience in healthcare and aerospace/defense industry challenges on a global scale.

Cons of working at AAR

Inclusive leadership lived behind glass floors, ceilings and brought in streams of military retired Generals who had little experience in the basics of leadership outside of the military community.

Pros of working at AAR

Positive Team environment, managing a P&L, working with the business development section pursuing opportunities, developing subordinates, incorporating process and procedures, evaluating continuous process improvements.

Cons of working at AAR

No growth potential. I have reached my limit based on my current position. Only place to go from here is the corporate headquarters located in Wood Dale, IL.

AAR benefits

Currently work remote and manage multiple distribution sites around the world. I have full control of these locations due to my experience, knowledge and leadership. I do enjoy the travel opportunities I have, but the percentage has increased drastically.
