They exploit their warehouse workers to the point that it's almost ran like a sweatshop factory. They even make u clock in and out for ur 10min break. This job is super physical and still have no consideration to offer 15min. You are working at 100% and still expect another 50% more at minimum wage. They know they can get away with it cause if u speak up they will just replace you.

What interview. If they can suck the life out of u then ur hired.

They even take away 15min away from ur 8hours which now doesn't even become minimum wage cause ur short 1hour and 15min feom 40hours

Discrimination against blacks

This company was just sued by the EEOC for discriminating against black applicants in Memphis TN and only hiring Hispanics. This company was also found per the EEOC to move blacks to less desirable and lower paying jobs. This is so wrong. The EEOC said since at least January 2018, the companies failed to refer and hire Black applicants for low-skill positions. The agency also claims Aaron Thomas requested only Hispanic applicants for certain job positions, and Supreme Staffing complied with the request. The lawsuit also claims but companies “segregated and assigned Black employees to less desirable and lower-paying positions and terminated Black employees because of their race.”
