American Bankers Mutual Insurance, Ltd., as the mutually owned reinsurer for the ABA Insurance Services program, provides the opportunity for distributions, when declared, back to ABA member banks which purchase their D&O, bond and related coverage through ABA Insurance Services. 23 consecutive distributions have been declared to participating banks totaling $77.9 Million.
