Uses therapeutic interventions to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plan goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
Manages aftercare recommendations and support that will prepare the patient for maintaining successful recovery.
Provides group therapy.
Provides caseload management as per state requirements.
Participates in crisis intervention with patients as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families
Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols
Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires
Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients
Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessments
Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets for patients
Develop and write initial treatment plans and update plans in accordance with best practice and insurance guidelines
Implement and supervise data collection systems
Provide behavioral support for patients in an interdisciplinary treatment setting
Evaluate and report patient progress toward treatment goals and oversee transition and discharge plans
Conduct individual parent/caregiver trainings on a monthly basis at minimum and group trainings as needed
Attend department meetings and interdisciplinary staff meetings
Maintain BCBA certification by acquiring continuing education in BACB required categories
Obtain and maintain state licensure
Abide by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

This professional position provides therapeutic services to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and their families. Provides services at times and locations to meet needs of the children and families served.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the direction of the program manager, using MDHHS Evidence Based Models, provides individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, family collateral contacts, coordination of care and case management services to children age 4 through 20 and their families.
Provide direct clinical services to children, youth and families. Direct services are expected to approximate 30% of the normal workweek.
Conduct comprehensive, quality assessments of both children and families. This includes general Mental Health assessments as well as specialty assessments according to age or specific condition, e.g. Trauma Assessment.
Reach an appropriate diagnosis for each youth/child, and will develop comprehensive, quality individualized/family treatment plans based on Person Centered Planning Practices.
Has and maintains specialized certifications as required to meet the needs of the persons served.
Maintain agency paperwork and clinical record documentation, i.e., MichiCANS, annual assessments, person centered plans, status reports, progress notes, and vouchers, in a timely and accurate fashion.
Based on professional training, may be asked to provide services such as psychological testing, clinical supervision, Parent Education, community education classes or interagency presentations.
Participate actively in staff development activities including trainings provided by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and those trainings that promote skill development related to the position responsibilities.
Required to get 24 hours of Child/family training per year.
Work cooperatively with all community agencies and other providers to promote provision of quality, community-based services.
Participate in quality assurance programs, and in periodic evaluation of performance and outcomes of service delivery.

Provide crisis coverage during business hours for families receiving Home Based Services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
Who We're Looking For
Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams

God Restoring Order (GRO) Community is a mental healthcare provider that specializes in trauma recovery services for males of color ages 5 and up. GRO services are grounded in an understanding of the neurological, biological and psychological effects of trauma. GRO services include mental health and wellness, stress management, and community outreach.
Position Summary:
This is a relentless, high-impact role for a driven clinician ready to lead with heart, skill, and discipline.
As an IHBT Family Therapist, you will take on a hybrid role of therapist, case manager, advocate, community builder, and leader-with the goal of helping families heal and thrive. You will provide individual therapy to parents, lead family therapy sessions, and supervise a team of two Quality Mental Health Specialists supporting the same household.
We are seeking individuals with LSW or LPC licensure who are community-driven, detail-oriented, and unapologetically passionate about racial and social justice. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of complex trauma and how it shows up in marginalized families-disrupting relationships, emotional regulation, and long-term stability. Our therapists must be ready to meet families where they are, with clinical skill and an unwavering belief in their capacity for change.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary therapist for the parent or guardian in the family unit
Lead and facilitate family therapy sessions using GRO's relational, phase-based model
Supervise and coordinate the care provided by two Quality Mental Health Specialists
Provide comprehensive case management-including housing, employment, education, and behavioral health support
Schedule and facilitate case consultations with GRO mentors and team members working with the same family
Collaborate with schools, probation officers, and other system partners involved in the family's life
Attend weekly group supervision and weekly individual supervision
Complete weekly clinical checklists to ensure fidelity and reflect on skill-based implementation
Uphold the fidelity standards of GRO Community's IHBT model and the Case Western Reserve IHBT framework
Track outcomes, complete timely documentation, and participate in ongoing fidelity reviews
Bring passion, perseverance, and community leadership into every home, meeting, and session
Performs other related duties as requested by the Program Manager; performs non-routine duties related to the overall functioning of the services.
Training & Onboarding:
In addition to all other agency-wide onboarding and training requirements, IHBT Family Therapists will complete within the first two months:
Three 8-hour state-run IHBT trainings (via Zoom)
Two Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) trainings
Within the first six months:
Four full-day trainings on GRO Community's 4-Phase Family Therapy Model
Ongoing fidelity coaching, supervision, and consultation are integrated throughout the year to support model alignment and growth
