Job/Position Summary
Supports Quality Assurance System effectiveness in the CTS manufacturing environment to ensure compliance to quality standards and regulatory requirements and the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include document control, calibration, internal audits, corrective action, and monthly reporting. Perform Final Quality Audits on finished products, use various measuring devices to confirm compliance to customer specifications, complete required process and Quality System documents, take part in continuous improvement activities. Assists with investigations related to customer complaints / returns. Manages and maintains the on-site CTS training program. Works directly with manufacturing team in ensuring employees are receiving the appropriate training needed to conduct their job duties safely while maintaining the appropriate Quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Conducts final quality audits of CTS products and process audits throughout manufacturing
Supports and maintains calibration of monitoring and measurement of equipment
Coordinates on-site training program
Manages and maintains weekly/monthly Quality Assurance reports
Completes/Verifies and sends out Corrective Action Reports
Assist Quality department in document control functions and overall compliance to relevant standards and regulations
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate degree in business or quality related field desired. Experience in lieu of education can be considered.
1-2 years of experience related to Quality Assurance or related field strongly preferred
Ability to interface with different organizations and employee level within the company
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with document management system is a plus
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies desired

Job/Position Summary
Under the direction of the Quality Department, and in coordination with the Lab Technician, the Quality Lab Operator III will support critical product testing for the temp sensing line of products, as well as administrative support for quality assurance documentation in Albuquerque, NM. This includes tracking samples, performing tests, reviewing and organizing data. Product testing and document / data review in compliance with AS9100 and Mil-Std 790.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Operate all environmental exposure and other test equipment to MIL document standards.
Maintain equipment in good working order, clean, monitor, verify calibration and preventive maintenance status.
Keep area well organized and follow safety protocols for operations in the lab.
Hand solder smalls components for testing.
Input data into control charts and report data.
Validate all data packets including CofC, test data, etc. prior to release to customer.
Maintain housekeeping in the laboratory and production work areas.
Other related duties as directed by management.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
1-year relevant experience as an operator or technician.
Direct experience with laboratory testing and equipment is strongly preferred.
Experience in an ISO9001, AS9100, or other regulated industry is preferred.
Experience with data validation and / or document review preferred
Reading, writing, and communicating in English with precise attention to detail is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Submit formal documents that comply with quality requirements.
Knowledge of metrology tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.

Position Summary
A key role responsible for coordinating and managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to serial production. The position ensures seamless transition from development to manufacturing by building clear project roadmaps, driving cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The goal of the role is to enhance quality, improve production efficiency, reduce risks, minimize waste, and accelerate time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate NPI projects across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication between R&D, Production Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Customer.
Take lead and drive technical interaction between CTS and customer, including escalation of technical or process-related issues. Capture and communicate requirements in an understandable manner in project charter.
Accountable and responsible for all NPI steps and documentation from definition and design feasibility to production/market release; manages project scope and any necessary scope changes; create, maintain, and track project plans, milestones, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinates, along with engineering and finance, cost estimates for new products to provide sales and product management as a basis for pricing.
Create and maintain material masters, BOMs and routers for new products and process flows and facilitate and ensure entry into SAP and release.
Develop NPI standard guidelines and tools to define standard process capabilities
Initiate prototype, Tier 3 and low volume orders and manage through the production line.
Organize and lead day-to-day project activities including weekly NPI project reviews, meetings, and regular reporting to management and customers.
Lead weekly review of new and existing projects with manufacturing and R&D engineering and highlight areas of support needed and key next steps.
Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives to delegate tasks and responsibilities in planned timeframes.
Work with manufacturing to ensure proper documentation and work instructions are available for new products.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to internal production inspections (IPI) and process support.
Lead the Product Readiness Review process to ensure all quality and production requirements are met prior to serial launch.
Work closely with the R&D and Process Engineering team and Quality to perform design reviews; act as the owner of the DR4 phase, responsible for the complete collection of data and documentation required for release of new products to manufacturing on a timely (especially for high-runner products).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrialization processes and the management of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma projects - initially at the Green Belt level, with the ambition to progress to Black Belt certification.
Support the Sales and Product Management teams during new product customer audits and readiness reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Energetic, motivated individual with a solid background in technical engineering and management skills.
Understanding NPI processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Knowledge of production engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
