This Position reports to:
US Talent Acquisition Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.
About the program
Participants in the two-year rotational program will complete three manufacturing operations rotations (6 months, 6 months, and 12 months). Responsibilities may include designing and executing large manufacturing operations, updating manufacturing lines, strategic problem-solving, implementing lean manufacturing methods, improving product flow, and supporting production line setup. Additional tasks involve supporting Kaizen events, creating and maintaining Bill of Materials, and supporting compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Participants will attend a July orientation, engage in global programming for early talent training, and be guided by a dedicated program manager.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
* Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
* Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
* Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.
Qualifications for the role:
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred), with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
* Preferred experience in relevant internships or co-ops
* Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
* Proven project management experience, with an ability to manage timelines and deliverables
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
* Able to interpret and work with manufacturing documentation and specifications
* Open to relocation across the U.S. for each program rotation; relocation assistance is provided
* Eager to grow through a variety of experiences and perspectives within a dynamic work environment

* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.

+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.

Job Overview:
As an Aseptic Technician II, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products in ISO class 7 rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems. You will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with established GMP guidelines and meet the company's high standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.
An Aseptic Technician II works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgement.
This is an on-site floor support position. Typical hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm M - F.
Responsibilities:
* Perform aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products using ISO class 7 clean rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems.
* Operate equipment, including filling machines, autoclaves, and sterilizers, according to established protocols and SOP's.
* Will perform a variety of processing duties according to the Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) in the Manufacturing Department including, but not limited to the cleaning / recovery of classified area and work spaces, components preparation, weighing of the raw materials, compounding/formulation, filtration of solutions, aseptic filling, inspection, labeling and packaging.
* Prepare the clean room (materials, resources, etc.) with the aim of eliminating any errors and to work according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the filling room, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Complete all necessary documentation and records, including batch records and logbooks, according to GMP guidelines.
