In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. * Identifies barriers to success and to aggressively pursue permanent changes to increase productivity.
* Performs walk downs, constructability reviews, and estimates and determine manpower needs during work planning.

Your work will be crucial in meeting production targets while adhering to established health and safety policies, as well as approved manufacturing systems, processes, and procedures. You will play an essential role in the order fulfillment cycle.
Your Role:
Conduct all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final product, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
Support quality manufacturing goals, productivity, and on-time shipment goals.
Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge related to assembly techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
High School degree plus 2 or more years of related experience in assembly. Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
Capable of reading and interpreting Engineering configuration and wiring drawings.

* Assist in alignment and balance of turbine as directed by staff.
* Remove and install gaskets and packing.
* Disassemble/reassemble hydraulic coupling bolts.
* Disassemble, inspect, store and reassemble turbine components as directed by station procedures.
* Use and properly operate applicable basic hand tools and have working knowledge of precision instruments, hydraulic wrenches, and machine stop equipment such as grinders, band saws, drill press, chain falls, shackles, eye bolts, etc.
* Practice Foreign Material Exclusion and housekeeping per station directives.
