In this role as the Customer Support Manager you will be responsible for leading the customer support function for accounts ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role manages a team of specialists who handle inquiries, orders, VMI and issue resolution for business customers. Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in customer support or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
* Proven success in supporting B2B or commercial clients in a contact center, inside sales, or account support environment.
* Knowledge of order management, billing, and logistics processes; Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce and SAP).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and levels; Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
* Experience managing in a metrics-driven environment with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs.

Your role and responsibilities
Verify and stock inventory from vendors and plants, ensuring accurate documentation, SKU numbers, quantities, and quality.
Organize and consolidate bulk inventory, placing products in pick zones and resolving stock issues with Inventory Control.
Prepare shipments by retrieving specified products, transferring cartons, and stacking pallets for loading.
Maintain operational standards, meeting department quality and productivity expectations while handling additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to accurately read, comprehend, and count inventory.

In this role, you will oversee internal material flow operations and supervise a team of material handlers. * Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, storage, and transport.
* Track material movements using ERP or WMS systems and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
* Train, coach, and evaluate material handling staff to maintain performance and compliance with safety regulations.
* Maintain proper use and care of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance material flow and reduce waste or downtime.
* Report logistics performance metrics and issues to the Logistics Manager.
Qualifications
* High School diploma/GED required (Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.)
* 3+ years of experience in internal logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain or related field, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
* 6 years of combined customer service and quality assurance experience.
* Data Analysis & Reporting experience.
* In-depth knowledge of operating systems and tools (SAP, SFDC, Empower, Power BI, etc.).
* Effectively able to manage the needs of our customers and balance the needs of the business.
* Experience in managing multiple projects in different stages of development.
* Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Specialist
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.
Your role and responsibilities
* Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
* Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
* Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
* Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma required. Trade school experience preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
* You are engaged in manufacturing and you enjoy working with continuous improvement and sustainability, with an ability to demonstrate that experience.
* You are passionate about innovation.
* You are at ease communicating in english.
* You have to be authorized to work in US region, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
