Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you bring a graduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience. You have strong experience in project execution functions within the automation sector and a proven track record in people management, including leading and developing large teams. You also bring 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven environment. You have demonstrated success in developing and executing effective communication strategies and are experienced in managing communications during crisis situations. International or multicultural work experience is an added advantage. In addition, you bring deep domain expertise in automation, a strong strategic vision with the ability to execute at scale, and experience managing large-scale operations with a customer-centric mindset. Your leadership capabilities support organizational development, and you are comfortable driving digitalization initiatives, including AI integration.
