Utilizing Kaizen, Value-Stream Mapping, Standard Work and other Lean tools, this role will lead the transformational initiative to reduce costs and to identify and implement process improvements in medical device reprocessing. Drive the development, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, eliminate waste, reduce operational risk and achieve cost efficiencies in the SSS medical device reprocessing. Identify and implement strategies to create efficiencies within existing headcount and layout.
