Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Required qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related clinical/technical field, or a bachelor's degree with a certificate in cardiac sonography.
Minimum of 6 years of intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) or interventional echo experience within catheter-based procedural environments.
Demonstrated scan proficiency in 2D or 4D imaging modalities.
Active RCS or RDCS certification (adult or pediatric echocardiography).
Proven experience providing in-lab procedural support and training on new imaging technologies.

The Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) is a member of the US Commercial Marketing leadership team and reports directly to the National Therapy Advancement Director. Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$137,000 - $235,750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
