WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality and safety system.
Responsible for the manufacturing of liquid adult, pediatric and medical nutritional products. Lifting and physical handling of raw ingredients during the weighing, staging and manufacturing processes, material handling/dispensing, operations of scales, portable pumps, container rinsers, homogenizers.
Hand Cleaning, clean-in-place (CIP), heat treatment systems, cleaning-out-of-place (COP), routine housekeeping
Interaction with computer systems that are integrated into the manufacturing process along with documentation of manufacturing steps in accordance with work order and job procedures.
Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of bulk slurries for blending operations, heat treatment processes, controlled weigh system of batch ingredients.
Operation/monitoring/documentation of a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized for manufacturing equipment (i.e. tanks, heat treatment system, etc.)
Receipt and unloading of bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Thursday: 11pm-7:30am
Fri and Sat: 7pm-7:30am
Sun: 7pm-3:30am
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
Ability to continuously lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
Knowledge of food processing techniques and documentation requirements.
Ability to read and follow work order documents, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and operate powered industrial vehicles.
Should possess a good mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills.
Experience in a plant production environment (preferably within drug, food or beverage manufacturing).

This includes assisting the team leaders in general management of the operating rooms to ensure the efficient processing of patients, forecasting/ordering of equipment and supply needs. Education: Associates degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Completion of First Assistant program and completion of 20 hours or 10 cases of proctoring by the sponsoring surgeon. Nationally certified operating room nurse through the association of operating room nurses (AORN) required “and” must attain CNOR within six months of hire. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience: Five years of Operating Room surgical procedures experience including robotic and minimally invasive surgery.
Other Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, Registered Nurse - NJ

* The operator must be able to start up and shutdown all equipment according to established procedures or specifications and perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line.

* Maintain inventory of packaging materials and complete work order documentation.

POSITION OVERVIEW This position is located at the Milliken Chemical Plant located in Gainesville, FL, and reports to a Chemical Supervisor. A Chemical Operator is a key role in the chemical manufacturing processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Become familiar with all pertinent SOP's and departmental manuals and demonstrate ability to perform chemical operator duties.
Develop working knowledge of the setup, operation and cleanup of chemical process equipment; and demonstrate competency in operating assigned vessels in the Pay and Progression path.
Become knowledgeable of required paperwork flow, product flow and terminology used in each new production assignment.
Learn to properly identify and safely demonstrate how to disassemble, clean, reassemble all process filters utilized in commercial production processes as directed by supervisors.
Responsible for process paperwork including SAP, Excel and Label-printing computer system.
Maintain assigned work station(s) in a neat and orderly fashion with minimal supervision.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chemical Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of production equipment in their assigned production area used to produce microencapsulated products in a safe and efficient manner. The role utilizes both automated and manual systems to add raw materials, initiate and monitor the process to transform the raw materials into finished product. Several actions require manual operator actions that include obtaining samples for testing, manual material additions, and documentation of critical process steps.

The hazardous waste handlers shall receive detailed instruction on the proper handling, collecting, labeling, and transporting of hazardous waste as outlined in RCRA and OSHA regulations. Instructions shall also include whom to notify in case of a spill and proper procedures for spill response. Educational requirements include the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Instructions on handling hazardous waste shall come from the hazardous waste manager or appropriate designee.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chemical Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of production equipment in their assigned production area used to produce microencapsulated products in a safe and efficient manner. The role utilizes both automated and manual systems to add raw materials, initiate and monitor the process to transform the raw materials into finished product. Several actions require manual operator actions that include obtaining samples for testing, manual material additions, and documentation of critical process steps.

The hazardous waste handlers shall receive detailed instruction on the proper handling, collecting, labeling, and transporting of hazardous waste as outlined in RCRA and OSHA regulations. Instructions shall also include whom to notify in case of a spill and proper procedures for spill response. Educational requirements include the ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Instructions on handling hazardous waste shall come from the hazardous waste manager or appropriate designee.

The Heavy Equipment Operator I position is an entry-level operator who possess basic skills and are capable of handling simple and routine operations and can operate the simpler and less complex pieces of equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet City needs or operational requirements. Attendance at work and the ability to get along with the public, supervisors, and co-workers are essential elements of this position. Other duties may be assigned.
Fastens attachments to tractor with clevis or wedge pin hitches. Connects hydraulic hoses, belts, mechanical linkage, or power takeoff shaft to tractor to provide power to raise, lower, or tilt attachment.
Moves levers to control tool bars, carriers, and disks. Moves levers and depresses pedals to maneuver tractor and raise, lower, and tilt attachment to clear right-of-way.
Feels lever and listens for stalling action of engine to estimate depth of cut.
Drives bulldozer in successive passes over terrain to raise or lower terrain to specified grade following markings on grade stakes or high signals.
Releases brake, shifts gears, and depresses accelerator or moves throttle to control forward and backward movement of tractor. Steers tractor by turning steering wheel and depressing brake pedals.
Directs activities of hoisting Laborer in placing block and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
Moves levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis, to raise and lower crane boom, and to raise and lower load line. Operates crane according to signals from helper.
Bolts boom sections together to extend or modify boom for pile driving or high lifting.
