I worked with a lot of talented, passionate people. I liked the flexible work schedule of working 3 days in office, 2 days at home. I enjoyed being a part of a larger team.
Management struggles with miscommunication and leadership, lacks accountability and ultimately does not invest in their team members.
As a contractor, salary was good.
The people, it has Ac in the buildings, very clean, has a food court, vending machines, water machines with ice makers lots of overtime depending on which production line you are assaigned
Sometimes the standing, have to follow quality rules which leads to questions on what to pass and what not to pass which then leads to unproductive time
I loved the people and the atmosphere of the customer being our number one priority
I did not get the pay that I wanted nor the acknowledgment of my achievements in the company
