The technology teams are proficient and handle their duties efficiently while providing solid communication for work projects.
The knowledgeable team helped me expand my skills beyond my job role providing more opportunities.
They offered valuable information taking time to qualify decisions.
Technology is filled with wonderful people from many backgrounds leaving culture to aid colleagues to improve a companies overall work experience.
get a good night sleep, a solid breakfast leaving ample time before and after to record and review a small list of key items like confirming a salary, benefits, and policies for employees over four year time frames to understand the limits of your opportunities.
Compensation was acceptable.

I enjoy discovering scalable skills improving my efficiency and understanding of connecting systems.
They were a forward thinking and innovative company. Research of new products was front and center, as were patient safety and patient experience
Frequent mid-manager changes caused chaos and poor messaging of what the "new" Mission, Vision and expectations were. As a Pharmaceutical rep, one worked on honestly discussing the benefits of the medication for the particular patient demographic. Also, worked to be available and accountable to my team mates and to build on a trustworthy, and congenial relationship with physicians and office staff. Focused changed to just selling the product
Ongoing Education on the new and current products; proud to work for a company that focused on quality and compliance; healthcare and retirement benefits and a fair wage
Innovation; aware of changes to the market and healthcare-- CoVid was a disrupter for sure and the Loss of Humira as a lead medication to become a Generic definitely impacted the business plan/model
It's a good a company, but focus on employees contributions has diminished
I have spent 25 years working for various pharmaceutical companies--over 15 years at Abbvie
There have been some changes in the past three years but the company is competative
DEI has been a strong focus
The people I work with and have worked with, as well as the physicians and office staff; the pride and joy witnessing how our products have made a difference in patients lives; the opportunity for ongoing education/learning
