Richard A. Gonzalez is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company that employs approximately 47,000 people worldwide and markets medicines in more than 175 countries. Prior to AbbVie’s separation from Abbott in January 2013, Mr. Gonzalez was a 30-year Abbott veteran. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Abbott before briefly retiring in 2007. He also held various senior leadership positions in Abbott’s medical products businesses, including President and Chief Operating Officer of the Medical Products Group; Senior Vice President and President of the former Hospital Products Division; Vice President and President of the Health Systems Division; and Divisional Vice President and General Manager for Diagnostics Operations in the United States and Canada.

Henry Gosebruch is Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer at AbbVie, responsible for corporate strategy, business development and acquisitions, search and evaluation, alliance management and AbbVie Ventures.

Since joining AbbVie in December 2015, Mr. Gosebruch and his team have completed more than 75 partnering, collaboration, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and venture transactions to bolster AbbVie’s commercial franchises and pipeline of innovative preclinical and clinical development programs, working closely with AbbVie colleagues globally.

Prior to joining AbbVie, Mr. Gosebruch was Co-Head of J.P. Morgan’s North American M&A Group based in New York. He worked on numerous complex M&A transactions involving companies in more than 20 countries.

Mr. Gosebruch serves on the board of Aptinyx. He is also member of the Advisory Board for the Life Sciences & Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. At AbbVie, he is the executive chair of the Asian Leadership Network Employee Resource Group.

Laura is a proven senior healthcare executive with a track record of success in developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies to drive business success. Her expertise includes legal affairs, corporate governance, communications and business development, as well as public and nonprofit board service.She has built and directed numerous high-impact functions, including Legal, Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), Government Affairs, Brand & Communications, and Corporate Responsibility. Laura is a champion of AbbVie’s purpose-driven mission to drive continuous innovation, improve health outcomes and enhance people’s lives.Laura serves on the Board of Directors of General Dynamics, the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Notre Dame Law School Advisory Board. She’s been named one of “Top Women in Biotech” by FierceBiotech, a Top Health influencer by Medical, Marketing & Media, and as The Deal’s “Top Deal Maker.”

Rob Michael is an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at AbbVie and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Division Controller, Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain at Abbott. Rob attended Kelley School of Business between 1988 and 1992 and UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1997 and 2000.

Thomas Hudson is a Senior Vice President, R&D and Chief Scientific Officer at AbbVie and is based in United States. He has worked as Associate Physician, Division of Clinical Immunology at Centre universitaire de santé McGill - McGill University Health Centre; Adjunct Professor, Depts. of Medicine and Human Genetics at McGill University; and Founder and Director at Genome Quebec Innovation Center. Thomas attended Montréal (Québec between 1985 and 1988, McGill University between 1988 and 1990, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 1991 and 1993.
