They were a forward thinking and innovative company. Research of new products was front and center, as were patient safety and patient experience
Frequent mid-manager changes caused chaos and poor messaging of what the "new" Mission, Vision and expectations were. As a Pharmaceutical rep, one worked on honestly discussing the benefits of the medication for the particular patient demographic. Also, worked to be available and accountable to my team mates and to build on a trustworthy, and congenial relationship with physicians and office staff. Focused changed to just selling the product
