Pros of working at ABBYY

A lot of trust and autonomy, is reflected in both the way we set goals and priorities as well as in our working arrangements with remote options and flexible hours.

It is a fast-paced environment, which is not everyone's cup of tea.

What do you like best about ABBYY's CEO and the leadership team?

Both the CEO and the leadership team are very approachable, always open to new ideas and very supportive of employees who show proactivity.

At times, changes are quite fast, which can cause some confusion if you're not used to this level of speed.

I talked to folks at the company, I read the information on their website, checked the latest media articles featuring ABBYY and analysed their competitors.
