About the role As a Stock Associate, you play an essential role in the customer service experience by maximizing product inventory levels. Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our Technology team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role supports guiding and coaching multiple Scrum Teams within our growing eCommerce department. You will monitor the scrum process and facilitate ceremonies to increase team efficiency. Leader-in-Training (LIT) team members are essential to ABC Fine Wine & Spirit's future success, as they participate in a developmental program that prepares them to be the store leaders of tomorrow. In this hands-on role, LITs develop the skills needed to ensure their store, and future assigned store, operates effectively and within ABC guidelines, while working closely with their Team Leader and District Manager to maximize successful store operations. The LIT developmental program has a target completion of 6 months to achieve competency for next-step positions as Assistant or Store Leader. The Commercial Fleet Mechanic (CFM) will ensure that ABC vehicles are in good operating order, including inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing assigned company fleet vehicles. Responsibilities Diagnose, and repair fleet diesel equipment Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine needed repairs Complete preventative maintenance of fleet diesel equipment. Complete needed documentation of work completed Operate company vehicles to diagnose and repair them May participate in meetings with team members Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work in a safe manner, per company, local, state, and federal policies, and regulations. About the role As a store Supervisor, you support the store management team to maintain Total Wine & More's brand by delivering best-in-class service, selection, and value to our customers. You will oversee cashiers, stock associates, and sales associates, and act as the Manager-on-duty in the absence of a store manager. Inventory Coordinators will review inbound product deliveries and work schedules to ensure delivery coverage. MINDS * Consults with store management regarding inventory discrepancy and product flow issues to reduce shrink. * Merchandises product in a way that catches the customer's attention and promotes sales. * Complete POG setup and ensure accuracy of planograms throughout the store. * Constantly improves processes and seeks innovative ways to create a better flow of inventory throughout the store. INSPIRE * Works closely with store management to ensure that incoming freight has a strategic plan for movement onto the sales floor. * Communicates freight plan to other team members and promotes whole store participation in the movement of freight. * Partners with store management to align scheduled hours with the inbound product flow to create full workload coverage. * Monitors team member work practices and provides guidance on receiving/stocking store policies.
