None, This company is deceptive. They lure you in with a bunch of false statements. They promise a Family Based concept. This is the most dysfunctional family concept I have ever experienced.

They do not participate 2 day early pay. They do not participate in FMLA. They do not offer Sick Time or Vacation paid time off. They offer 24 hours paid time off for an entire year and they force you to use 4 hours at at time, no exceptions.

There are not any Perks nor benefits in this company.

Honestly, I hardly get to talk to them. But I can say, The owner is not investing in the employees or the business. Our computers that we use are Dell laptops created in 2014, with an operating system Windows 7. Which makes it very difficult to perform job duties, and the customer is constantly having to repeat themselves because the voice quality is extremely poor. Now how is that for a customer experience.

They have a bunch of Good Ol' Boy's running things that are number's based. The departments are in constant feud with each other. And there is constant feud within each department.

I focused on presenting my qualifications to perform the Customer service position.

With my years customer service experience, I I asked for 22 per hour. They denied me a position. I asked for a third interview. I was offered 18.00. per hour. I accepted. As time progressed and I learned the full details of the job. I was hired as a CSR but was bound to the title of being a Route managers job which is minimum. 26.00 per hour, The job description reads customer service and manage routes. The scale is too great to manage under a CSR position, The applicants that have come after me express the deceptiveness and quite.

This company is not sensitive to age or race. Everyone is just an employee number.
