Responsibilities System Administration & Health * Manage the day-to-day health of DPR's enterprise knowledge systems, including permissions, site configuration, and user support. * Collaborate with technical SharePoint team on configuration decisions, ensuring platforms remain stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. * Provide onboarding, training, and troubleshooting support for content contributors and stakeholders. * Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to streamline administration and improve usability.
