    Our Store Design Engineer supports our Store Concept & Design team. This person works within our Store Design Team and works on various project types within our function across new stores, remodels, refreshes, and special projects. This person's primary focus is on verifying and managing MEP systems, ensuring they are designed in compliance with our design guidelines and coordinated within our construction documents. This person must possess strong communication skills, project management skills, and be willing to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Review leases and tenant criteria manuals for MEP requirements Review site surveys and existing tenant drawings Work with cross functional partners to ensure MEP drawings are clear, efficient and constructible Support Designers in management of 3rd party Architectural & Engineering consultants and HVAC Commissioning Vendors Coordinate with HVAC vendors to specify equipment and review submittals Coordinate with controls vendors to design control systems and review shop drawings Audio & Video system coordination Provide technical support during construction on RFIs and during HVAC commissioning and startup Help establish and review MEP Design Standards, Master Construction Documents, and MEP processes. Continually evaluates processes and ways to find efficiency Support store design project workflow by meeting project deadlines Work cross functionally with multiple project stakeholders including Store Design, Construction, Real Estate, Procurement, and Maintenance Oversee engineering coordinator to assign projects based off priorities, current workload & complexity Oversee engineering coordinator to support career development and growth What Do You Need To Bring?
