On November 1, 2012, it acquired Air Serv Corporation (Air Serv), a provider of facility solutions services for airlines, airports, and freight companies, and HHA Services, Inc. On November 1, 2012, ABM Building Services acquired the operations of Calvert-Jones.

Manager at u.s steel building/upmc building was so ignorant and wouldnt let us join the union because we worked outside of city of Pittsburgh....said only city workers are union. This was back in 2005 to 2007. He would steal side jobs from company.
