Provide support for daily branch operations, i.e. make deliveries, pull orders, and put away stock. Supervisor Branch Manager Essential Job Functions 1. Have and maintain a valid driver's license 2. Make deliveries to and pick-ups from customers, other branches/warehouses, and vendors/suppliers 3. Pull orders for customers 4. Load and unload shipments/deliveries using proper equipment 5. Reports To: Distribution Supervisor and Manager Hourly/Salary: Hourly Pay Rate: $24 Start time: 330m, 11-14 hour shifts (approx 36-40 per week) Days; Monday, Wednesday and Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Deliver fresh, frozen and dry product to customers, including unloading the truck. • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per Seattle Fish guidelines. • Communicate frequently with Sales Representatives and Accounting department. • Complete daily paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. • Collect checks from customers and record transactions on customer receipt. • Listen to and resolves customer complaints. • Pick up empty containers and/or rejected or unsold merchandise as approved. • May be required to load cases or pallets on truck. • Obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. • Ensure inside of truck is clean and maintained. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. *500 sign-on bonus* Responsibilities: · Pick up clients from home or other living facilities using company provided wheelchair accessible minivan. Provides the assistance required to safely board clients and caregivers. · Transports clients to and from approved pick-up location and destination within the Metropolitan area. · Checks the van to ensure that no personal items are left behind. · Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations regarding non-emergency transportation. · Operate mobile devices, mobile software system, and operate GPS unit. · Immediately reports traffic accidents to dispatcher, requesting police or ambulance service as needed. · Communicate transport details with Dispatch. · Pre- and post-vehicle safety and maintenance checks. · Other functions may be assigned.
