While im working. others are just either sitting or standing and talking. Its not fair to others that are working while others don't do anything.

It was a fun company because the jobs were usually at big buildings.

The management. It's made to benefit the managers rather than the guys who actually do the work. And they have a party once a month to celebrate how many emails they sent.

Best perk was the brand new company vehicle.
