Aurelian Lis is the global CEO of Dermalogica, a subsidiary of Unilever Prestige. Between 2010 and 2015, Aurelian Lis was the General Manager of the Americas for Benefit Cosmetics, an LVMH subsidiary. There he held full responsibility for the US, Canadian, Mexican, Brazilian and Chilean business including sales, company boutiques, home shopping, e-commerce, marketing, visual merchandising, training and digital marketing. Under his leadership, Benefit Americas quadrupled its revenues with such initiatives as the launch of They’re Real -now the leading prestige mascara in the US- new flagship boutiques, an expansion of brow services to 1,000 locations, acclaimed digital work and awareness building campaigns. Previously, Aurelian Lis was President and Co-founder of PRESCRIBEDsolutions [Customized Skincare], a skincare line distributed through the offices of 500 dermatologists and plastic surgeons which was acquired by Biopelle, Inc a subsidiary of Ferndale Pharm Group in August 2009.
