We are seeking a dedicated medical oncologist to join our Virtual Cancer Clinic care team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high quality care to patients with cancer (including pre-treatment workup, treatment planning collaborate and support local treatment management, cancer maintenance and risk-reduction therapy management, symptom assessment and management, cancer surveillance and survivorship care), and build and grow our cancer care clinical protocols.
Services will be delivered remotely via a telehealth platform, including video, audio, and asynchronous messaging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reducing the impact of cancer on populations, adept at using telehealth technology, and committed to delivering best in class cancer and survivorship clinical care. You deeply understand the disruptive impact cancer has on patients' lives, and you are passionate about helping address it.How You'll Contribute:
Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment and management plans, deliver direct care, including ordering laboratory, imaging, procedures, referrals, and prescriptions, and closely collaborate with local clinicians and order to deliver evidence-based cancer and survivorship care.
In collaboration with Color's primary care team, assess patients with cancer screening abnormalities and facilitate diagnosis of cancer.
Determine guideline-based oncology and symptom treatment plans, identify optimal treatment locations, and order referrals to appropriate local care teams for evaluation and treatment.
Educate patients about guideline-based cancer treatment options, including clinical trials and potential risks and benefits, prepare patients for local visits, and assist patients with clinical decision-making.
Assess and manage oncology and treatment-related symptoms and complications as appropriate for a virtual setting.
Develop clinical protocols and best practices for care delivery, in close collaboration with other Color clinicians and cross-functional team members (e.g., Care Advocates, Nurses, High-Risk Counselors).
Provide compassionate, empathetic care, establishing close, trust-based relationships with patients.
Participate in care team sessions to monitor patient progress, provide updates, and collaborate on targeted support plans.
Maintain thorough and detailed documentation of encounters with patients.

We are seeking energetic physicians to provide direct member care for our Twin Members in the United States. This role a full time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 10am-6pm in your time zone with an on-call rotation. Position Overview: As a Physician Liaison at QualDerm Partners, you will be responsible for enhancing awareness of our physician services and increasing patient access by building strong relationships within the community healthcare network. Your focus will be on growing referrals, liaising with providers, attending strategic events to increase the reputation and awareness of our provider network, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of those initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and execute territory-specific plans to achieve new patient volumes.
Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to identify and prioritize target markets and practices and develop tailored patient catchment outreach and event participation initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with external providers through targeted outreach, regular communication, and visits to their practices.
Develop and implement strategies to market our clinical services and develop referral relationships with providers, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop marketing materials and educational resources for events, referring providers and patients.
Utilize ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) and other relevant platforms to measure performance metrics against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Travel within the assigned territory, up to 75% of the time, to meet with referring clinics and conduct outreach activities.
Acts as a liaison between external physicians, external clinicians, QualDerm employees to resolve problems, provide and obtain information, and maintain positive working relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred. Will evaluate work experience as well.
3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations roles, preferably in a physician liaison or similar capacity Preferred. Will consider other relative sales experience.
Experience in healthcare business development or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.

About the role:
As an Independently Contracted Physician with Plume, you will join our awesome team of diverse clinicians who provide GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) and Expanded Clinical Services for our adult patients throughout the United States. We are looking specifically for providers with broad, primary care experience who are interested in making a difference in the lives of the TGNC community.
You will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients so your time will be spent onboarding new patients and providing follow-up care (lab management, prescription management, answering clinical questions).
This is a completely virtual work-from-home role with flex scheduling. You schedule your hours when you want to work. We require a minimum of 10 hours of synchronous time per week and have a large support team that takes care of patient account logistics so you can focus on clinical care.
We are a healthcare startup, so we are seeking folks excited about changing the paradigm of medical care so patients and clinicians are truly centered. We heavily leverage technology, so being comfortable with computers and electronic medical record systems in a rapidly changing environment is critical to do this work. Must-Haves:
At least two active licenses and in good standing with your professional board
At least one DEA License
Experience providing primary care services to adult patients
Experience and comfort in collaborating with diverse teams
Comfortable with 100% remote patient care
Strong technical background (familiarity with EMRs, email communication, app-based platform use, etc.)
Strong organization and communication skills
Availability of 10 hours per week for synchronous visits
Nice-To-Haves:
At least five active licenses
Ability to commit at least 20 hours of synchronous time per week
Experience with telehealth and preferably direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth/startup work
Experience prescribing GAHT
Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety)

MD/DO Providers are paid per appointment at the following rates:
$37.50 per 15 min visit
$68 per 30 min visit
50% of the regular rate for no-shows or visits canceled within 24 hours.
