Support monthly billing, forecasting, and project reporting by providing progress updates and field insights. Liaise between field and office teams to enhance communication, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. Provide technical and logistical support for field personnel throughout project execution. Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships vital to successful project completion. Oversee project closeout and identify future business opportunities with existing clients. Maintain positive cash flow and profitability across assigned projects. Develop a working knowledge of each project's contract documents and specifications. Occasional travel to job sites may be required. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in Building Automation, DDC, or HVAC controls. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, controls submittals, and project manuals. Familiarity with project scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, field technicians, subcontractors, and customers. Demonstrated success in maintaining budget control, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience Background in Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, or Niagara-based BAS platforms. Technical understanding of BACnet, Modbus, or IP-based control networks. Experience working in healthcare, commercial, or institutional environments. PMP or equivalent project management certification (a plus). The FDA | CFSAN is in need of project management services. The Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be awarded by the FDA contracting manager. The Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) is the branch of the United States Food and Drug Administration that regulates food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, drugs, biologics, medical devices, and radiological products. The scope of this contract is to provide the full range of technical and management services necessary to develop, maintain, and enhance CFSAN systems. The general requirements include providing Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS 541511) to the FDA and CFSAN; and to maintain, support, and evolve code, scripts, views, triggers, jobs, designs, documentation, reports, and templates. There is also a need to establish an ordering vehicle that develops and maintains existing and future Computer to Plate (CTP) systems, which will process structured and unstructured data. The FDA expects between 2-5 new applications/systems to be added to the BPA per year over the duration of this contract. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall provide training services to CFSAN stakeholders for existing applications, application changes, or newly-developed applications. Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience: BS/BA degree in related field and/or comparable industry, or related work experience 5-7 years of related Systems Analyst and/or Testing experience to include preparing requirement documentation / Test plans and acting as a mentor among team members Experience working within an Agile environment, SAFe Agile experience preferred 5-7 years ERP Financial system experience and/or Fusion/Cloud experience (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP) Skills and Abilities: Collaborative Team Player. The Systems Analyst / Tester will work/help to guide teams and collaborate with Product Owners, as well as business and technical stakeholders to understand key business processes and application functionality to support translation of business needs to system requirements or create test cases. Provide hypercare support, which includes collaborating with business to manually process large volume of data as a workaround when needed. Self Starter. The Systems Analyst / Tester should be able to work independently, gathering appropriate knowledge, resources and escalating if necessary. Able to anticipate issues, risks, and opportunities, formulate a plan, and share with leadership for confirmation of direction. Communication skills. Strong written communication skills are necessary to prepare user stories, job aids, test cases, and other required artifacts. Ability to present and guide users and senior leaders through system functionality and test scenarios. Critical thinking/problem solving. The Systems Analyst / Tester should be detail oriented and have strong analytical and testing skills. Dynamic environment - able to quickly shift focus quickly based on changing priorities and need. Oracle Financials PTP. The Systems Analyst / Tester should have accounting/financial background with Oracle financials in the Procure to Pay space.
