Work You'll Do
* Configure and support OneStream platform capabilities to enable finance processes (e.g., consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting), including workflows, security, metadata, and application settings.
* Develop and maintain business rules and automation using VB.NET and SQL, including calculations, validations, transformation logic, and scheduled processes.
* Build and support integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms, data warehouses, and reporting tools) using APIs and standard integration patterns.
* Design and optimize cube and relational data models to improve usability, scalability, and performance across large data volumes and complex dimensionality.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues across data loads, calculations, workflows, and reporting; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
* Monitor and tune performance (e.g., load times, rule execution, cube processing), applying best practices for query optimization, indexing, and OneStream configuration.
* Support testing and release activities including unit/system testing, defect triage, deployment support, and production stabilization.

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
* 3+ years of experience in technical roles supporting OneStream platform configuration
* 3+ years of experience in scripting and automation with VB.Net and SQL to include: automation, business rule development, system integrations, and use of APIs
* 3+ years of experience designing cube and relational data models, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in OneStream or similar EPM platforms.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,300 to $188,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

· Inspect and service pool systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters; replace filters and media as needed
· Conduct above -ground PVC pipe repairs (Schedule 40/80) and assist with renovation or construction tasks such as painting, caulking, and liner patching

+ Consistently operate instrumentation standards, computers, calculator, copy machine, printer and other devices to efficiently complete tasks.
+ Consistently ascend and descend portable and fixed ladders, scaffolding and other equipment used to reach equipment at various levels of height some of which maybe in excess of 25 feet in a safe manner.
+ Must be able to ascend and descend a large quantity of stairways at any given time.
+ Frequently move tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs across client facilities as needed to complete tasks.
+ Occasionally lift and move equipment in excess of 100lbs in a safe manner.
+ Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions as needed.
+ Support clients in the Baltimore Metro Area with occasional travel to four state coverage area, DE/PA/VA/NJ
