Creates material lists for a bid and locates sources and prices for the material
Creates labor estimates for a bid
Summarizes the bid package for the final evaluation by management personnel
Establishes and catalog's historical cost data to create more accurate bids
Coordinates with Marketing as required in the preparation of bid presentation packages
Coordinates with the client in the resolution of bid questions or concerns

Reports to the Operations / Branch Manager and has the authority and responsibility for front filling for an Operations Manager in their absence.
3.0 Position Summary
Directs, coordinates and aids in all the activities which affect the between the Inspector Coordinator and the Customer and coordinates day to day customer relations with customers. Responsible for ensuring that Company personnel and resources meet the job requirements as communicated by the customer.
4.0 Minimum Requirements
• Requires a H.S. Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years relevant and increasingly responsible experience in field inspection positions and product specifications in the petroleum industry, with an emphasis in the loss control area.
• Must demonstrate strong evidence of effective managerial and inter-personal skills.
5.0 Fitness for Duty - Physical Demands
• Refer to Appendix 1 of Section 2.1.2a of the Safety Manual, Medical Evaluations for details on Fit for Duty - Physical Demands for this position.

6.0 Responsibilities
• Communicating to customers information relating to field measurements, lab testing and providing job progress updates. Developing and recommending solutions to unusual customer demands and requirements that advance the Company's business interest and at the same time satisfy the customer.
• Reviews and evaluates the customer's nomination (purchase order) for completeness and for the Company's ability to meet customer requirements.
• Reviews customer's job requirements with Inspector Coordinator or Laboratory Coordinator to ensure that the customer's requirements are properly addressed on time. May communicate directly to the Inspector or Laboratory Technician, as necessary.
• Receives, analyzes, compiles, and verifies data resulting from field measurements and laboratory testing and prepares or supervises the preparation of the applicable reports for the customer to ensure that the customer nomination and guidelines have been performed and completed.
• Has authority to resolve, and to effectively recommend resolving, customer complaints using superior negotiating and customer relations skills, under minimal supervision.
• Using advanced knowledge gained in the field and / or the laboratory, identifies the root causes of quality system problems (customer, terminal, or company system) in respective areas of responsibility and uses good judgment to independently troubleshoot, initiate, recommend, and/or implement timely solutions to the problems.

The Glass Technician is responsible for the repair, removal and/or replacement of damaged windshields, door glass and quarter glass on automobiles. The Technician must have the ability to inspect windshields and windows to properly determine if glass needs to be repaired or replaced. Responsibilities include identifying issues that may affect glass installation and safely removing damaged glass and installing new glass. The position will be required to work in conjunction with auto collision repair team members at our locations, cooperating to repair damaged vehicles in an efficient manner.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Traveling to various locations to assess as well as repair or replace customers' windshields and windows.
Proper maintenance of company provided mobile truck and tools.
Identify issues that may affect glass installation, such as rust or vehicle damage.
Remove all dirt and debris from windshields and windows before beginning repair or weatherproofing treatments.
Removing moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips before glass installation and repairs and replacing them thereafter.
Utilize primer to prime all damaged areas of windshields and car windows.
Weatherproofing glass by applying a chemical treatment to the outer surfaces and installing rubber weather seals around glass edges.
Injecting resin into small chips or cracks and heating the damaged areas using a heat source.
Using clips, moldings, and adhesives to affix custom-cut glass to customers' vehicles.
Ensure windows are clean and all debris from installation is removed at end of installation or repair.
Skills/Qualifications:
5+ years in Auto Collision Repair & Auto Glass Removal/Installation experience required.
Experience in Calibrations is a plus.
Certification in automotive glass repair and installation through the National Glass Association (NGA) preferred.
Physical strength and dexterity to work well with large panes of glass.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations when using hazardous materials.
Ability to coordinate multiple stores and jobs with flexibility.
The ability to read and follow instructions precisely and to work independently as well as with others in an organized manner is essential.
The ability to produce within a specified time and/or deadline and be capable of operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment.

This position is a customer facing role under the direct supervision of an experienced Senior BAS Engineering manager/Project Manager.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:

Conduct customer project site visits to audit/investigate existing direct digital controls (DDC) controls of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems and document existing BAS controls conditions.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive BAS controls engineering and programming solutions.
Develop BAS engineering drawing packages and compile close out documents including as-built drawings using Microsoft Visio under the supervision of senior BAS engineers.
Develop custom control algorithms and logic sequences tailored to specific building environments and occupant needs to meet project scope of work and control sequences.
Design and program HVAC control systems using industry-leading software platforms such as Tridium Niagara 4 (required) and Automated Logic Controls (preferred but not required) etc.
Accurately develop, modify and review BAS graphics and maintain graphic library.
Provide technical support of DDC based hardware and software including creation and/or verification of control and integration point lists.
Integrate HVAC systems with other building subsystems, including lighting, security, and energy management, to create cohesive and efficient building automation solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of BAS installations to verify proper functionality and performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues and optimize BAS performance post-installation.
Support quality assurance and commissioning efforts for a variety of BAS control system components and sequences.
Work with project stakeholders (customers, supervisors, field personnel, other contractors) to gather information relating to any issues and/or changes in functionality and features of various HVAC control systems.
Attending routine progress meetings with the client, vendors, internal teams or subcontractor to discuss hardware and software engineering related project updates, concerns, and resolution of issues.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred but not required) or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related technical discipline specific to HVAC, mechanical, electrical and or Building Automation Systems (BAS) is acceptable.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC field or BAS programming and engineering, with a focus on commercial and industrial applications is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of IP-based networks and various BAS communication protocols and systems preferred. Such protocols and systems include Niagara Tridium, BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including (but not limited to) chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, and control valves is preferred.
Demonstrate working knowledge of control theory, Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC), BAS and other building subsystems, PLC Logic.
Experience with commissioning tools and protocols, including functional testing, point-to-point verification, and system optimization preferred but not required.
Proficient in working with others to plan, conduct, and report work efforts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to be attentive and responsive to client concerns.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time and technical constraints.

There will be opportunities to use electrical analysis software to solve coordination issues and run Arc Flash studies for the power system, as well as learning and understanding about how our critical Refinery Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) are applied.
Process Control / Technical Service Engineers can work on a wide array of projects in support of the process control systems installed throughout the refinery and products movements areas. The process control systems in the refinery provide real-time control and data acquisition functions in support of operating the refinery process and electrical equipment. Typical college co-op assignments include the following: troubleshooting system power supply problems, control system programming, hardware and software lifecycle replacement projects, installing and troubleshooting communication networks and monitoring control system performance metrics.

Overview
The Treasury Manager is responsible for the company's daily cash management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation. A key component of this role is serving as the primary administrator for all online bank portals. The manager will develop and maintain banking relationships, oversee cash flow, manage access controls for all bank accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Responsibilities
Cash and Liquidity Management
Manage daily cash positioning and reporting, optimizing the use of cash to meet the organization's financial obligations.
Analyze cash flow forecasts to anticipate short-term funding needs and identify excess cash for potential investment.
Review, approve, and process electronic payments, including wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check runs, in a timely and accurate manner.

Bank Portal Administration and Security
Act as the primary administrator for all online banking portals, managing user entitlements and ensuring appropriate access levels for all users.

Lead the opening and closing of bank accounts, managing all related documentation, and maintaining up-to-date records of authorized signatories and users.
