Job Description
Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
Load and unload delivery trucks by hand as well as a forklift.
Ship and receive orders, utilizing RF scanners & Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory.
Accurately measure and cut custom size product pieces for customers using panel saw and/or roll slitter.
Examine workplace conditions daily to ensure they conform to applicable OSHA standards and Grimco's Warehouse Safety Checklist.
Assist couriers and delivery drivers' load vehicle, verify load for accuracy, and work to maximize delivery efficiency.
Maintain equipment, trucks, and warehouse (e.g., cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects).
Qualifications
1+ years of warehouse experience
Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
Ability to compete and pass a criminal background screening.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).

Report any mechanical problems such as bad wearstrips, plugged or missing lube nozzles, spacer stop malfunctions, palletizer malfunctions or conveyor breakdowns.
Report any product/packaging issues.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.

Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
• Has a basic understanding and follows our company's warehouse policies and procedures. Has a basic understanding of the
company's customers, products and services. Seeks assistance and ask questions when confronted with unfamiliar situations.
• Performs the tasks necessary maintain an efficient flow of incoming materials, inventories, and outbound shipments of products
to be able to effectively serve our customers.
• Loads and unloads trucks and transports materials, product and supplies in and out of the warehouse using both powered and
non-powered equipment, as necessary.
• Organizes and maintains pallet racks and bins in an orderly and safe manner.
• Maintains and stocks assorted shipping supplies and alerts the supervisor in a timely manner when supplies are low.
• Processes customer orders by reviewing the pick or transfer ticket. Pulls the correct material, and packages the orders and
transfers properly for shipment using a variety of hand and powered tools, as needed. Stock is always to be reviewed by two
warehouse employees before being delivered to verify accuracy.
• Communicates effectively with their coworkers and supervisor in the warehouse, along with other members of the Operations,
IMS, Outside sales, and Customer service teams. Seeks assistance, as necessary, to resolve more complex issues in an effective
manner.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products, as well as coordinating material flow throughout the warehouse and storage areas. The role supports overall operational efficiency by maintaining organized inventory handling and timely distribution.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: **
Performs tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material movement.
Loads and unloads materials as directed.
Ensures proper staging of raw materials and finished goods.
Stocks materials according to warehouse storage layout and design.
Cleans assigned work areas, including 6S, racking, tool boards, and warehouse equipment.
Utilizes daily warehouse pick sheets/lists to identify and retrieve necessary materials.
Scans raw materials and finished goods to proper locations when directed.
Notifies direct supervisor of any discrepancies.
Participates in manufacturing and operational improvement discussions.
Attends all company‑sponsored training programs as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
SALARY RANGE:
$15.81to$23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking summer seasonal manufacturing employees starting early April and ending late September. These positions are in production, shipping, and sanitation. Rate of pay is $12.00/hour. This is an entry level position; may assist various machine operators, may be assigned a variety of manual labor tasks in the production of bakes goods. May be assigned shipping and/or sanitation duties as well. Generally reports to shift supervisor, duties may vary from day to day. Full time positions may be offered to qualifying employees after the end of the season.
Responsibilities:
Arrives on or before scheduled start time to properly review duties for the day.
Assists machine operators in set up and monitoring of equipment.
Monitors product quality according to company standards (proper size, color, texture, slicing, packaging, etc.).
Physically handles product, materials, and equipment (pan trucks, baskets, racks, pans, product, etc.).
Keeps equipment and area clean and orderly.
Properly wears personal protective equipment as supplied and directed by the company; wears uniform/clothing in accordance with GMP/ company standards.
Communicates/coordinates with others to maintain and assure proper product flow.
Assists other members of the bakery team where needed (breakdowns/emergencies, etc.).
Performs sanitation, production, and/or shipping functions as required by plant supervision, as well as other duties as directed by plant management.
Practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules.
