Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work in a fast-paced, team environment to answer and assist current and potential students, alumni, faculty, and staff by providing knowledgeable information regarding departments across the university.
· Interpret, inform and apply university policies and procedures to assist callers
· Review, interpret and provide account details and process student payments
· Schedule student appointments, take student payments, process transcript requests
· Review and answer online chat messages
· Internal and External Collaboration with departments throughout the university
· Accurately utilize and document interactions in University's technology applications
· Review confidential information and adhere to office and company policies
· Assist with special projects and outreach and other duties as assigned
· Weekly Work Hours: 40-hour work week/hybrid/staggered start and ending to cover 8am -6pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 8am - 5pm.

Park Place is a family oriented center that believes education starts in the infant room as babies learn to build connections with their teachers and that in each classroom they move to they learn a little more to build a strong foundation to prepare them for Kindergarten!!

We are looking for an educator that has a minimum of an High School Diploma, a CDA or Associate is preferred but not required or a Career Pathway Level 2 for Step Up To Quality and a minimum of 3 years classroom experience. This position is Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.
As a toddler assistant teacher you will work along side the lead teacher in providing a safe, creative and loving environment for children ages 24-36 months. You will help toddlers build strong social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills through play base experiences.
