Key Responsibilities: * Patient Load: Average of 16.82 patients per day. * Admissions: Typically handle one admission per day, with a full-time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions. * Procedures: Closed ICU. No procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, which is reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity. * Team Structure: Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes: * 9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily. * A Medical Director onsite. * An RN Executive Director. * 2 RN Care Coordinators. * 2 Administrative Assistants. * Meetings & Events: * Brief 15-minute daily huddle M-F to discuss census, care needs, etc. * Division meetings every 6-8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives. * An annual offsite event for team socialization and group discussion. * A yearly holiday party in December to foster camaraderie.
