JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Retail Team Manager and Assistant Retail Manager, the Cashier is responsible for customer service, operating a cash register, bagging, wrapping, displaying, stocking and rotating merchandise and assisting with facility security and maintenance. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Operate cash register to ensure accurate and efficient sales data. Process cash, check, credit and tax exempt sales. Process credit exchanges, refunds and team member discount sales. Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner and assist with price information and location of merchandise. Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Clean and maintain cash wrap, check out and display areas.
