Your Job as an Administrative Support/Medical Billing:
The Administrative Support/Medical Biller role will perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence and reports, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to patients or visitors. The Administrative Support/Medical Biller may work with patients to secure billing information, reconciling billing reports and verifying insurance for patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain and retrieve general files for clinic or department.
Manage and coordinate administrative programs or office activities.
Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents.
Answer telephones, takes messages or transfer calls.
Schedule appointments and update calendars.
Assist in arranging staff meetings, handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, prepare memos, invoices, or other reports.
Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper.
Perform basic bookkeeping as needed.

Qualifications
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
2+ years of experience in medical billing and coding required. Experience in mental health or addiction treatment clinics would be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of administrative processes and systems, such as word processing and spreadsheet software, managing files, and patient records.
Knowledgeable in handling insurance claims, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers, as well as dealing with issues such as claim denials and appeals.
Precision in coding and entering patient data is key to preventing errors in billing and ensuring proper reimbursement.
Ability to resolve billing issues, including identifying and addressing coding errors, disputed claims, and underpayments.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to clarify billing issues or discrepancies, both verbally and in writing.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure that patient information is handled securely and confidentially; high discretion with confidential information.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, keep track of numerous patient records, and meet deadlines.

Patient Advocacy:
Often, MAT patients may face challenges with insurance or financial matters. The billing specialist should be compassionate and able to advocate on behalf of patients to ensure they receive the appropriate coverage and care.
Familiarity with MAT Protocols and Guidelines:
The billing specialist should understand how Medication-Assisted Treatment works, including services like opioid substitution therapy (e.g., methadone, buprenorphine) and how these treatments are billed differently from other medical services
Technology Savvy:
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.
Work Environment:
Must be comfortable working in an opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment

Qualifications
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Reporting to the Plant Ops Manager, the SR Tech - HVAC Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing high priority work orders as well as performing service and repairs on HVAC/R, boiler, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and other hospital critical systems.

Responsibilities Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center.
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120 bed acute-care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) provided by board certified Rady Children's emergency medicine physicians. The Care Coordinator is responsible for attending to patients on the phone and in person. The incumbent will coordinate and organize appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the healthcare environment and support the delivery of quality patient care to the population we serve.

* Per Providers order and/or under "standing orders" with the supervision of the RN, MA will perform clinical procedures within the California MA scope of practice.

* Ensures patient readiness prior to Provider entering the exam room.

* Maintains timeliness of specimens through the use of the laboratory report.

* Notifies patient of scheduled appointment date/location and instructions for type of referral, when applicable.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds to maintain proper care of the assigned community(s) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies.
Directs the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry (if applicable) staff, to include hiring, training, evaluating performance, resolving disciplinary issues and firing.
Directs the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds through maintenance staff. Inspects completed work for conformance to standards and policies.
Implements preventative maintenance programs. Coordinates compliance with local, state and federal building codes, SDS, OSHA, EPA regulations, and fire codes.
Coordinates engineering contractors and vendors, making sure insurance and licenses are current.
Conducts regular inspections of life safety systems, including fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems.
Coordinates annual apartment maintenance schedule and completion. Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins.
Ensures the outside of the property is maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and garbage/trash removal.
Prepares and follows approved budget. Tracks utility consumption and expense files.
Maintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance. Maintains all required engineering files.
Assesses all plumbing and electrical problems within the community and determines the best course of action to correct the problem. Works within the legal scope of local and state codes.
Reviews safety data sheets (SDS) as requested for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals used and take necessary precautions
Assess property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy.
Responds appropriately to resident or community emergencies by assisting as needed.

* Assist patients in preparation for x-ray procedures.

Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident's healthcare needs are met.
Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident's healthcare needs change.
Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide in order to meet the residents' needs and staffing requirements.
Assists in the supervision of community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers and provides training and education to Caregivers on an ongoing basis to include classroom in-services and situation-specific training. In addition, they will also manage the associates schedules.
Oversees and manages the continuity and consistency of medication training, pharmacy management and medication supervision and/or administration in the community. Conducts periodic Care Associate medication skills inventory checks, and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
Shares on call duties as required.
Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
LPN or LVN license.

Responsible for providing a quality dining experience by greeting and seating residents and guests, overseeing dining services staff in the absence of the Manager and maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment. May be required to supervise other staff positions.
* Assists Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates.
* Ensures smooth and timely opening and closing of the dining room. Ensures room service orders are delivered timely and properly. Ensures meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance. Maintains a pleasant and clean environment. Inspects work to ensure completion.
* Adheres to all safety and sanitation standards.
* Plans daily menu for residents in accordance with company standards and procedures.
* Assists in ensuring proper staffing coverage for each shift including making changes due to absences.
* Works with Dining Room Manager to produce weekly schedules with budgetary guidelines for service staff.
* Assists service staff during mealtime as needed. Assists in greeting and seating residents and guests. Assists in resident billing of food services charges.
* Oversees staff in absence of Manager. Provides supervision for special events.
* In consultation with the Director, Dining Services, hires, trains, disciplines and terminates departmental employees in accordance with company policy.
* Develops and maintains good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as with other departments within facility to assure that food service is properly maintained and meets the needs of the residents.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent plus one year certificate from college or technical school preferred. Minimum of one to two years related experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Current ServSafe Certification required. Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
