Complete all transportation documentation accurately and timely. Schedule drivers for appropriate runs. Drive facility vehicle to pick up supplies and equipment as needed. Maintain safe transportation practices in accordance with regulatory standards. Hire, orient, train, schedule and supervise transportation staff if applicable. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Each client can receive comprehensive care from a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health and medical professionals that focuses on their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual recovery. We utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies in our program, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). PURPOSE STATEMENT: Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice, as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitor patient health and administer basic care utilizing the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice in carrying out care plan objectives and goals. Provide for the safe delivery of medication in accordance with policies and procedures, physicians orders and/or current practice. Maintain standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with facility policy and procedures, other external governing and credentialing bodies, performance improvement standards and psychiatric nursing standards. Assigns patient assessments and other visits as ordered by the physician using an online scheduling system. Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs. OTHER FUNCTIONS: TOWBH EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure. * Experience with Eating Disorders and Substance use strongly preferred in facilities working with those patient populations. LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Current registered dietician or registration as required by state or eligible for endorsement by the state in which the facility provides services. * ServSafe certification or similar food safety certification where required by the state or facility.
