What Do You Like About Working There?

There is a "family" culture here. The employees are driven by a desire to help others and I like that. Lots of career paths, too

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Long hours for medics, but that's normal for this industry. They are trying to hire more EMTs and paramedics to help with staffing. That should relieve the overtime

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Micro Management and constant reductions in pay.

What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?

Stock. The companies wealth that they hold tightly for themselves must have made them high on the list. The data collection variable is laughable.
