Scott J. Petersen is Chief Financial Officer at AcadiaSoft. Mr. Petersen has an extensive background in securities operations, banking, finance and management consulting that spans over 25 years. Scott spent ten years in operations management, capital markets and finance at BankBoston and BancBoston Robertson Stephens where he attained his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Before BankBoston, Scott spent four years as a management consultant and auditor at Coopers & Lybrand specializing in the investment industry where he earned his CPA. Scott has served as the Chief Financial Officer at two different start-ups: SS Solutions, an investment holdings entity in the wireless industry of Aether Systems (1999 IPO); and peanutpress.com, an e-book publishing company based in Maynard Massachusetts (acquired by netLibriary in 2000). Scott founded and served as President and Managing Member of D.R. Development LLC – a real estate development and construction entity. Additional experience includes account management and product services at Brown Brothers Harriman and State Street Bank & Trust Company.

Fred Dassori is chief product officer at AcadiaSoft, a financial technology firm focused on delivering margin automation and risk management services to the financial services industry.

Previously, Fred was president and CEO of Wake USA LLC, a joint venture between Credit Suisse and Tower Research Capital focused on electronic market making in fixed income products. Fred co-founded Wake in 2014 after 10 years at Credit Suisse, where he had held various roles in equity research, investment banking strategy, corporate development, and fixed income eCommerce. He represented Credit Suisse as a board member and advisor in a range of financial technology investments and strategic partnerships, including TradingScreen, ELX, Tradeweb, CME clearing initiatives, and The Clearing Corp.

From 1999 to 2002, Fred led product development at Internet Learning Corp., an e-learning start-up based in San Francisco. Prior to that, Fred worked in motion picture production and development in Los Angeles.

He received a BA from Yale University, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Scott Lorimer is the Chief Technology Officer of AcadiaSoft. Mr. Lorimer has over 25 years of product development experience in the financial services sector. He currently serves as head of development for AcadiaSoft. Prior to this, Mr. Lorimer co-founded Radius Partners, a software and services provider in the post-trade space.
