Job Description:
The Warehouse Technician is tasked with cleaning, repairing, troubleshooting, moving, disassembling, reassembling, and preparing gaming, amusement, and related equipment for field deployment or decommissioning in accordance with Accel Entertainment and Illinois Gaming Board specifications. This work will be performed primarily in a climate-controlled warehouse under the direction of a warehouse manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Move Video Gaming Terminals (slot machines), Ticket Redemption Machines, Automatic Teller Machines, Amusement Devices, and associated equipment between transport trucks, warehouse storage, and equipment preparation areas
* Disassemble obsolete or damaged equipment, then test and clean removed parts
* Inspect, test, troubleshoot, clean, and perform repairs on electronic gaming devices, Ticket Redemption Machines, Automatic Teller Machines, Amusement Equipment, machine parts, and associated equipment
* Install and remove locks on video gaming terminals, Ticket Redemption Machines, Automatic Teller Machines, and Amusement Devices
* Identify and communicate inventory needs for equipment to ensure minimal downtime and quick turnaround of product
* Observe all safety regulations and reports unsafe conditions to management
* Follow all department, company, and state policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2 years of electronic technical training preferred
* Must be able to obtain a DOT Certification
* 2 years of slot technician/video gaming terminal, ATM, or amusement equipment experience, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment preferred
* Must demonstrate an ability to understand basic electronic theory and mechanics
* Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and instruments
* Able to obtain forklift certification and use non-powered dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting in procurement and fulfillment of all Video Gaming Terminal parts, managing and deploying software components, tracking material requests from internal and external customers, maintaining necessary stock levels, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in procurement and fulfillment of all Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) parts to achieve the highest level of service and customer satisfaction
* Proper tracking of any material requests from all internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery
* Maintain necessary minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure needs are fulfilled
* Aid in monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory and reporting to enable balancing of company assets

Position Overview
The Head of Risk Management is responsible for ensuring robust risk management practices across both financial and non-financial risk. Job Description:
The Warehouse Technician is tasked with cleaning, repairing, troubleshooting, moving, disassembling, reassembling, and preparing gaming, amusement, and related equipment for field deployment or decommissioning in accordance with Accel Entertainment and Illinois Gaming Board specifications. What you'll do
Own break-fix and preventive maintenance tasks with minimal direction, following industry standards
Observe machines in operation to determine root causes; disassemble assemblies; adjust functional parts and control instruments; repair or replace defective components
Operate within industrial control systems to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve equipment issues
Apply strong electrical, mechanical, and fluid power expertise to restore performance
Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items
Work closely with customer maintenance counterparts on reliability and PM procedures
Set up and run machining equipment (lathe, drill press, grinder); perform welding as needed to fabricate/repair parts
Follow customer contractor codes of conduct, safety processes, and housekeeping guidelines
Document all work in service reports and customer/enterprise systems
Pursue on-the-job training and self-study to expand technical mastery
